Payments

Project work begins only after the agreed advance payment has been received.

Delayed payments may result in delays or suspension of services.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide:

Required access to accounts
Creative approvals on time
Necessary business materials

Delays from the client’s side may affect project timelines.

Therefore, specific sales, revenue, or lead guarantees cannot be provided unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Intellectual Property

Creative assets developed by 4K Media Marketing remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received.

After project completion and full payment, ownership will be transferred as agreed.

Limitation of Liability

4K Media Marketing shall not be responsible for indirect losses, business interruption, platform outages, policy changes, or algorithm updates beyond our control.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project by providing written notice.

Outstanding payments remain payable after termination.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
